Getting started
On Mac, add an M3U playlist file or URL that you are authorized to use. On Apple TV, you can add a URL or import a compatible Mac snapshot. Playback depends on the source and your network.
Common questions
The guide is empty
Check whether your playlist advertises an XMLTV guide or import one on Mac. Refresh guide data and confirm that channel IDs or names match your playlist. Guide availability comes from your source.
A channel does not play
Check your network, provider entitlement, and whether the stream address has expired. Review the app’s playback details. EPTV cannot restore an unavailable or unsupported provider stream.
I want to remove a playlist
Delete the playlist in EPTV. Device backups can retain copies according to your system settings; contact support for a privacy or deletion request.
